Tenya

Tenya began her yoga journey in Shenzhen, China, completing a 200-hour YTT. This inspired her to further develop her practice and teaching. She spent five months training and teaching in Shanghai , she gained valuable experience as a regular instructor.​

To deepen her knowledge, Tenya completed her RYT 200 at Zuna Yoga in Bali, focusing on Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and Ayurveda.

As a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor (E-RYT 500) and owner of Soul Revive Studio in Marrickville, Tenya aims to inspire her students to develop a sense of calmness and confidence. She is committed to helping individuals grow both physically and mentally, fostering a supportive environment where personal transformation can flourish.

Danielle

As a student & teacher of yoga, Danielle is always learning, growing and expanding her boundaries. Through yoga, she believes in the constant evolution of self-discovery that sheds a light on making conscious choices for a brighter future. Danielle is a passionate yoga teacher & teacher trainer who empowers her students through dynamic and playful movement. Her classes are designed to increase strength & flexibility of body AND mind creating a pathway to strong, unique & progressive peak pose sequences. Danielle has been teaching for over 10 years and as a teacher trainer, she is passionate about embodied alignment, creative & challenging sequencing and the art of hands-on assists.

Irene

Irene is passionate about using a holistic approach to improve or maintain one’s health and general well-being. Yoga is a great practice to be included in this holistic approach.

Some of the many health benefits of regular yoga practice include improved cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength & flexibility, joint range of motion, and decreased stress levels.

Irene has noticed how her yoga practice has brought on positive changes and would like to share this passion with everyone.

Luka

Luka has began practicing Yoga 7 years ago while slowly developing his understanding and ability, leading Luka to fall in love with the way it has changed his body and mind.

This journey carried him to Nepal in 2023 where Luka completed his first teacher training, advancing both his knowledge and passion, filling the cups of others and allowing them to integrate this balanced practice into their lives no matter where they are in their journey to unification.​

Effie (Jie Shi)

Effie is a passionate and skilled yoga instructor, holding an RYT 200 certification. Her classes offer a unique blend of strength and flexibility, catering to practitioners of all levels. With a focus on Core and Balance Flow. Effie also excels in guiding beginners through their first Headstand and other asanas. Her teaching philosophy centres on the powerful connection between mindful movement and breath awareness. Through her instruction, Effie empowers her students to discover their inner strength and carry the benefits of their practice into daily life.

Mavis Mao

Mavis is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) with a strong foundation in Iyengar and alignment-based yoga, which she has been practicing since 2012. Her teaching is rooted in precision, structure, and mindfulness, with a special passion for alignment and intelligent sequencing—key elements that define both her personal practice and her classes.

Since 2020, Mavis has been training closely with Patrick Creelman, founder of PURE Yoga Group, and continues to deepen her understanding of yoga anatomy, philosophy, and the eight limbs of yoga. She has also practiced and trained with several renowned teachers, including Ester Oldfield, Angela Lohse, Clayton Horton, and Sean Pepper.

In every class, Mavis aims to create a grounded and focused experience that builds strength, cultivates awareness, and supports each student’s individual path of growth and transformation.

ABBY W

Abby has a deep passion for yoga — for her, it’s not just a practice but a way of life that keeps her balanced, energized, and deeply connected. On and off the mat, she embodies mindfulness, growth, and the joy of presence. She loves being part of the yoga community, meeting like-minded people, sharing experiences, and learning together on this transformative journey. With her warm energy and open heart, Abby is always excited to explore and guide others toward the endless possibilities that yoga brings.

KER CHEN

Ker guiding you through Strength & Flexibility.

With a solid foundation of years of dedicated practice, Ker specializes in teaching a unique blend of power flow, core activation, and deep stretching. Her classes emphasize scientific sequencing and precise alignment, ensuring that students progress safely while expanding their physical potential.

She believes yoga is more than poses — it is a practice of breath, awareness, and flow.

In her sessions, you’ll experience the harmony of strength and flexibility, precision and freedom.

Through small-group teaching, each student receives personalized guidance and support.
