Basic yoga
The aim of basic yoga is to yoke or create a union of the body, mind, soul, and universal consciousness. This process of uniting the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves is what allows yogis to experience deep states of freedom, peace and self-realisation.
Inside Flow yoga
Flow yoga is the general term given to any style of yoga asana in which the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment.
Deep stretching yoga
Total Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. This yoga practice is great for the lower back and the hips. Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out and connect to something big. This is great to repeat weekly.
